Delivery Policy

  1. Normal Delivery Hours are 8:00AM To 7:00PM Monday to Saturday
     
  2. There will be an additional charge fee for any special request delivery.
     
  3. An Adult must be present to accept and sign at the time of delivery
     
  4. Finance customers must be present to sign and verify information at the time of delivery
     
  5. All items on order must be accepted and signed regardless of Damage, defects, missing or incorrect items otherwise directed by Adams Home Furniture. Adams Home Furniture will solve the issue by replacing, refunding, repairing the items as warranted at its discretion.
     
  6. All Items must be inspected for damage at the time of delivery, any damage must be notated on the delivery receipt.
     
  7. Missing delivery appointment may be subject to a redelivery or reschedule fee.
     
  8. If you need to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least two days prior to the scheduled delivery date in order to avoid any rescheduling fees
     
  9. On a day of delivery please make sure the area is cleared for delivery.
     
  10. Our delivery team cannot remove the old furniture.
     
  11. Adams Home Furniture nor the carrier will be held liable for any damage to your personal property.
     
  12. A storage fee ($30.00) will apply for each item held in our warehouse for more than 30 Days.
     
  13. Our customer service must be notified of any damages within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
